What is RSAweb on Flexi-Connect?
Flexi-Connect is RSAweb's low-commitment fibre line, built on Octotel's network rather than the Openserve lines that dominate the rest of RSAweb's catalogue. It is aimed at households that want fibre without signing up to a term, and it is priced and structured accordingly: pay upfront each month, top up on demand, and walk away whenever you like without a cancellation fee.
The trade-off is reach. Where RSAweb's standard fibre is available across most major metros, Flexi-Connect is currently sold in just seven areas - Langa, Pollsmoor Village, Moorreesburg, Struisbaai, Thembalethu, Kranshoek and Bredasdorp. If you are outside those, the standard RSAweb range is the option to look at instead.
One practical catch worth knowing before you sign up: if you do not recharge within 14 days of your month expiring, the service is cancelled outright and you need to place a new order to reconnect. Unused days from your first month are credited toward your first top-up.
